I learned to climb the mast today. Well, I tried. I only made it part way with muscles aching, I stopped and found it takes as much work to get down as it does to get up! I will make it all the way, another day.

I will make it all the way, another day.I especially missed my Rock Climbing friends, Jen and Ray who showed me the faboulous sport. I knew they would scamper up and down this thing but I have a bit more to learn.
Meanwhile, I enjoyed the view knowing tomorrow my shoulders would pay the price.
